Responsibilities

  • Monitor space availability and occupancy on a per mall level.
  • Check tenant mix gap, aging vacancies and provide recommendations thereafter.
  • Ensure proper implementation of ingress and egress process.
  • Update masterlist, wishlist, mall plan and market profile on a periodic basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lessees and tenants.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Must have 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have experience in Fast-food, Retail, Sales/Marketing Industry
  • Skills: Excellent communication in both oral and written, decision making, highly organized
  • Able to Interact, relate and negotiate with tenants in a highly professional manner
  • Computer Literate; Reports and Presentation management skills
  • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
