You’ll elevate the onboard passenger experience by ensuring seamless passenger relations and world-class hotel services across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Medical Services. Through your leadership, passenger accommodations and public areas will consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.
You’ll bring onboard events, entertainment, tours, and travel programs to life—ensuring they are executed flawlessly in close coordination with suppliers and service providers. By overseeing the entire Housekeeping operation and working hand-in-hand with the Service Provider Operations team, you’ll drive operational excellence, team alignment, and a memorable journey for every passenger.
What you'll do..
- Develop process improvement of Hotel Services and Housekeeping
- Maintain high-level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the whole Front Office and Housekeeping Department
- Responsible for working with team to provide the best guest services and experience
- Engage with all aspects of Guest Services and Housekeeping Department about events to ensure the alignment with the Ancillary and Events Manager.
- Conduct spot inspection and audit to ensure compliance of Manpower and Service providers.
- Respond to all guest surveys and complaints pertaining to Hotel Services and Housekeeping
- Formulate and execute front office and housekeeping ancillary revenues
- Check, analyze and approve manpower and services billings and invoices
- Oversees in-port services in coordination with Group Sales Team
- Check, verify and pre-approve purchase requisition based on budget
- Monitor OPEX, DRY DOCK and CAPEX execution
- Directly reporting Hotel Operations Senior Manager.

Educational Background
- Hospitality and Tourism or any Business-Related Courses graduate
Professional Experience
- With a minimum of four years working related experience

- Familiarity with shipboard layouts, passenger flow, and space optimization of the vessel
- Inventory control considering voyage duration and port provisioning schedule
- Implementation of service standards and service recovery onboard
