We are currently recruiting for the position of Azure DevOps Consultant.

About the role

Highly skilled and communicative Senior Azure DevOps / Cloud Consultant, who will take a key role in one of our strategic projects for P&G.

You will act not only as a hands-on engineer, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, but also as a trusted advisor and mentor for the client’s internal engineering teams.

This is a role for a practitioner with deep technical expertise and leadership maturity — someone who enjoys solving complex problems, sharing best practices, and guiding others in adopting modern DevOps and Cloud standards.

Your responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (PaaS & IaaS)
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins for Azure, ADF, and Databricks
• Administer and secure Databricks workspaces, virtual machines, and managed databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Support and mentor internal engineering teams in best practices around automation, security, and reliability
• Lead infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and Ansible
• Manage containerised environments (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Conduct security and performance assessments, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
• Establish monitoring and observability using Grafana and other tools
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and architects on platform strategy and implementation roadmap

Your profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
• Proven expertise in Azure cloud services (PaaS, IaaS)
• Strong practical skills in CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes, and automation scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and database management
• Excellent understanding of networking, security, and system integration principles
• Fluent English and strong communication skills – able to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Experience in mentoring teams or leading technical workshops
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and a passion for knowledge sharing
