About the Role

In this role, you will lead engineering projects from concept to delivery, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead complex engineering projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Plan resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment and collaboration across systems, software, hardware, and mechanical engineering teams.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project health and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and milestone deadlines.
Qualifications REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- 5+ years of experience in project engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of Research & Development (R&D) development workflows.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Due to export restrictions, applicants must hold EU or NATO country citizenship.
