Your Daily Goals
- Identify and close sales opportunities in every inbound customer interaction.
- Master subscription recovery and abandoned cart winbacks to boost brand revenue.
- Manage the post-purchase experience to encourage repeat sales and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize the sales funnel based on real-time customer feedback.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Connectivity: Reliable, high-speed internet. Minimum 15 Mbps Download and 15 Mbps Upload is mandatory.
- Hardware: Personal PC/Laptop with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ year of proven success in a remote sales-heavy support role.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure.
