- Project kick-off: launching cooperation, setting up communication processes
- Project management: coordination of autonomous driving feature development
- Technical coordination: transferring requirements between the customer and our development team
- Research and investigation: participating in the search for technical solutions, market monitoring
- Organization: setting the frequency of meetings, methods of communication with the MB/JBC team
Where Will You Be:
- 60% of the time in Ostrava
- 30% of time spent directly with the customer - project coordination
- 10% Home Office/Jablonec nad Nisou/Mladá Boleslav
What You Need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects
- Technical education: mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering
- Big advantage: experience with ADAS systems (lidar, radar, cameras, GPS, ultrasound) MIL/SIL/HIL, Matlab/Simulink, sensor fusion
- Automotive industry is a plus (ISO 26262 is an advantage, but not a requirement)
- English at a communicative level with suppliers
- Czech for communication with our team and customers
- Soft skills: coordinating remote teams, ability to quickly learn new technologies
