Responsibilities
- Deploy and troubleshoot servers and storage, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
- Testing new releases of operating systems, software, and server hardware, and providing solutions and products to customers as necessary.
- Maintain a high level technical expertise in industry trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Must hold a degree in a Computer-related field.
- Experience in end-to-end deployment of enterprise-grade servers and storage systems, including configuration and integration to meet client-specific performance and scalability requirements.
- Should have at least three years of related technical experience, including a minimum of one year as a Service Engineer
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga.
