Responsibilities
- Manage the Account Receivables (AR) of the business unit by maintaining good AR number, follow up AR and facilitating collections,
- Provide assistance to Account Officers in handling transactions, quotes and sales orders (SOs) when needed.
- Participate in bid preparation and ensure completeness and correctness of all documents.
- Assist Account Officers in processing sales requests and documents, and preparing delivery requirements.
- Timeliness and accuracy in reports.
- Prompt coordination with Account Offficers on issues and concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
- Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- With at least 1 year working experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
