Responsibilities

  • Manage the Account Receivables (AR) of the business unit by maintaining good AR number, follow up AR and facilitating collections,
  • Provide assistance to Account Officers in handling transactions, quotes and sales orders (SOs) when needed.
  • Participate in bid preparation and ensure completeness and correctness of all documents.
  • Assist Account Officers in processing sales requests and documents, and preparing delivery requirements.
  • Timeliness and accuracy in reports.
  • Prompt coordination with Account Offficers on issues and concerns.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • With at least 1 year working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
