You own the accuracy of carrier financial transactions, ensuring that every invoice processed aligns with agreed-upon freight standards and operational protocols. Your work follows established audit cycles and standard operating procedures to resolve billing discrepancies directly with vendors.

This is a temporary 3-month position, ideal for professionals seeking short-term opportunities in auditing and invoice compliance who prefer clear, documented workflows over ambiguity. You are trusted to act decisively to prevent payment errors and maintain fiscal integrity while operating within a structured offshore delivery context.

YOU’RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of experience auditing freight or logistics invoices within a shipper or 3rd-party transportation environment.
• Proven ability to produce accurate audit reports and manage carrier disputes using Microsoft Office platforms.
• Previous exposure to LTL and Truckload invoice structures and North American freight operations.
• Reliable home office setup for permanent night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) and commitment to a 3-month duration.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience in BPO or large-scale third-party transportation providers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial reporting.
• History of working with minimal oversight while adhering to strict SOPs
