POSITION: Property Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitor operations and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with house rules, standards, and instructions
Hold regular team meetings to discuss issues, risks, and improvements
Implement a 24-hour communication system for incident reporting and resolution
Enforce and regularly review house rules and propose updates
Oversee security operations, ensure compliance with protocols, and manage incident reporting
Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and service agreements are followed
Develop and implement technical systems such as preventive maintenance and energy management
Ensure compliance with fire safety plans, safety guidelines, and insurance coverage
Monitor utility, equipment, and waste management systems
Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, ISO standards, and government regulations
Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and meeting documentation
Manage inventory, supplies, and forecasting of demand
Coordinate board or landlord meetings and documentation
Safeguard legal documents and ensure proper filing and storage
Manage vendor contracts, performance evaluation, and service compliance
Oversee billing, collections, expenses, and revenue monitoring
Prepare budgets and long-term property enhancement plans
Manage fund disbursement, deposits, and cash position reporting
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
Ensure effective communication flow within the team
Assist in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives
Conduct stakeholder meetings with landlords, tenants, and partners
Ensure high customer satisfaction through surveys and service quality improvements
Strengthen business relationships with stakeholders
Recommend process improvements for property management efficiency
Participate in corporate trainings, meetings, and company activities
Job Qualifications
At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry. Possessing a wealth of leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in addition to years of expertise in the property management sector. Recognize financial concepts, be flexible in changing circumstances, and have a strong commitment to ongoing development.
Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
Willing to work on-site.
Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Strong communication skills with tenants, owners, contractors, and stakeholders
Excellent customer service to build and maintain strong tenant relationships
Solid financial management skills including budgeting, rent collection, and expense tracking
Strong problem-solving abilities for tenant, maintenance, and operational issues
Highly organized in managing records, schedules, and property details
Knowledge of marketing and leasing to attract and retain tenants
Understanding of property maintenance and contractor management
Proficiency in property management systems and digital tools
Strong negotiation skills for leases and service contracts
Adaptability to changing conditions and operational challenges
High attention to detail to ensure property quality and compliance
Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
