The Hub Coordinator is responsible for managing the BGC Hub Learning Space. This resource is expected to liaise among various stakeholders to address the operational needs of the BGC Hub.
Responsibilities
- Reports to Hub Operations and Develop Manager regarding all BGC Hub Operations.
- Coordinates and collaborates with various stakeholders related to BGC Hub Space.
- Supervise the Services Officer and Maintenance Personnel in BGC Hub.
- Assist all customers inquiring about HG services.
- Implement and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and governance structures for monitoring and control.
- Ensure that excellent customer service levels are achieved.
- Monitor Customer Satisfaction Data to ensure compliance with the standard quality of service.
- Manage the Operational Petty Cash for BGC Hub.
- Manage all Services Requests, Assets, and Supplies for BGC Hub.
- Ensure that all relevant payments for BGC Hub are requested and settled on time.
- Assist the LP Classes Coordinator in face-to-face classes in BGC Hub.
- Assist in other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
