Job Description
- Lead end‑to‑end GE Proficy MES solution delivery—from requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Serve as the primary MES subject matter expert for all manufacturing sites and stakeholders.
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable MES solution designs.
- Define solution architecture, data flows, workflows, and integration patterns with ERP, SCADA/PLC, historians, IoT platforms, and quality systems.
- Work closely with business teams to optimize manufacturing processes through digital solutions:
- Work orders & dispatching
- Production tracking & execution
- Quality management
- Material management & traceability
- OEE and performance reporting
- Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, analysts, system integrators, and plant IT resources.
- Manage MES platform roadmaps, upgrades, performance optimization, and governance.
- Ensure alignment with ISA‑95, ISA‑88, and industry best practices.
- Support incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration with shop‑floor systems.
- Provide leadership in driving Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation programs.
Salary Range-$100,000-$130,000 a year
