WE'RE HIRING!! Equicom Services is looking for: Cards Delivery Staff
The Card Delivery staff generally processes the returned to sender (RTS) accounts. With the primary objective to successfully re-deliver the cards to the clients, basic functions include receiving and recording of undelivered cards, calls clients, answers email requests and inquiries, coordinates with the concerned/other units, properly accounts all delivery receipts (DRs) and securing the physical cards in the vault. These tasks or activities are therefore aimed to expedite re-deliveries and reduce RTS accounts by observing the turn-around-time (TAT) for a successful re-delivery effort.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Receives and tags in Card Delivery System (CDS) the RTS from Courier/s and General Services Unit (GSU).
- Receives and tags in CDS the delivery receipt (DR) from branch email, Courier/s and General Services Unit.
- Performs call-out for new/remaining RTS and rush request from email with expected productivity of 30 accounts per day.
- Logs the RTS call-out results in Card Management System (CMS) and requests for change of delivery address to Customer Service (CS) / Branch Helpdesk.
- Pulls out cards from vault for regular / rush request.
- Prepares the cards for re-dispatching with the following steps:
- Updates the cards status in CDS.
- Creates and prints the label for change of addresses, if any.
- Prints the delivery receipt for branch/couriers in two (2) copies.
- Prints the transmittal list of cards to be re-dispatched and signed received by courier/s and General Services Unit in two (2) copies.
- Sends transmittal report for the list of cards to be re-dispatched to courier/s and General Services Unit.
- Receives and scans the delivery receipts of successful deliveries of cards and for RTS.
- Prepares the cards for destruction monthly.
- Pulls out the cards from the vault.
- Checks the actual cards vs. transmittal from Cards Operations.
- Sends FOR PURGING report to Card Del Anti-Purge Agent, for review
- and possible saving of accounts, prior to actual purging.
- Endorses all physical cards for purging as confirmed by Product and Sales to Cards Operation.
- Answers calls/emails of all coordinating units requests/concerns, namely:
- Card delivery status
- Rush delivery
- DR copy
- Replies to couriers email for disposition of failed delivery accounts prior to RTS anytime of the day.
- Ensures that all RTS cards are secured and properly accounted for in the vault.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification
- College level with any work related experience (1 year or more)
- Has excellent typing skills Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater; 98% accuracy
- Has high regard on confidentiality and attention to detail
- Must be flexible / adaptable to changes (E.g. Change of Shift Schedule; etc.)
- Must possess multi-tasking skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No derogatory record from previous employment
- Has analytical and problem-solving skills
