This role will play a key part in shaping user insights, experience optimization, and player behavior strategy across digital and gaming products. You will drive methodology innovation, and collaborate with senior Product, UX, Marketing, and Business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of user research projects including planning, execution, insight delivery, and impact evaluation
- Build and scale the research capability and methodology standards, processes, best practices, and talent development
- Translate user behavior insights into business-driven and growth-focused recommendations
- Partner closely with Product, UX Design, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive adoption of research outcomes
- Conduct competitive player behavior analysis and support product positioning and experience differentiation
6, Deeply understand industry trends in gaming, entertainment, and digital consumer habits
- Present executive-level research insights and provide strategic decision support
- Manage research vendors/agencies and assess ROI on research resources
- Mentor and lead researchers to upskill methodologies and influence effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Psychology, UX Design, Sociology, HCI, Market Research, or related fields
- 7+ years of user and market research experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in digital entertainment, gaming, fintech, or consumer tech
- Hands-on expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Track record of strategic influence and measurable business impact
- Experience with global user research or multi-market products preferred
- Strong communication and management skills in English
- Candidates with agency experience are highly welcome if they can demonstrate strong project ownership and product understanding

- Experience supporting high-growth digital platforms or online gaming products
- Ability to analyze both experiential and business metrics
- Familiarity with usability testing, experience analytics tools, and player psychology
