Network Data & Netscaler Support Analyst to support analyst manages the deployment and operation of Citrix Netscaler for load balancing, application delivery, and secure remote access. It ensures optimal performance, reliability, and security for web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Citrix NetScaler/ADC load balancing: VIPs, services, health monitors.
- Onboard applications to ADC using standard patterns; validate persistence and health.
- Manage SSL offload, cipher suites, and certificate bindings; verify post change.
- Monitor appliance/HA health and throughput; respond to threshold breaches.
- Keep configuration backups and golden templates current for rapid recovery.
- Validate HA failover behavior during maintenance windows.
- Coordinate with WAF/CDN/Proxy teams on fronting and routing changes.
- Assist in migration activities tied to Citrix platform or contract changes.
- Track firmware advisories; schedule and verify upgrades.
- Produce service availability, incident, and change KPIs weekly.
- Maintain application/service maps and dependency documentation.
- Troubleshoot load balancing issues (persistence, SSL handshake, health probe failures).
- Align ADC configuration with security baselines and audit requirements.
- Participate in data center/office move cutovers and validation plans.
- Keep KBs current for frequent LB tasks and certificate renewals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Citrix NetScaler/ADC (L4–L7), SSL/TLS, GSLB and health monitoring.
- Certificate lifecycle knowledge for ADC bindings.
- Networking fundamentals (routing, health probes) and rollback discipline.
- Awareness of fronting patterns with WAF/CDN/proxy layers.
- SIEM/monitoring integration for ADC telemetry.
