Product Designer

Our client is a creative marketing and brand experience agency specialising in below-the-line (BTL) marketing and retail activation solutions, and our work spans brand activations, retail design and production expertise. From concept development to on-ground execution, we help brands bring their ideas to life through engaging and memorable experiences.
The Role
We are looking for a 3D Product Designer to create innovative and production-ready retail POSM and display solutions.
This role requires a strong balance of creativity and technical expertise — translating concepts into feasible 3D designs that work within real retail environments and production constraints.
Key Responsibilities
3D Design & Development
- Develop 3D concepts and structural designs for retail POSM and brand activations
- Translate creative ideas into practical, buildable design solutions
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualisations for client presentations
Production Feasibility
- Ensure designs are structurally sound and suitable for manufacturing
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods for retail environments
- Work closely with production and fabrication teams to realise designs
Project Collaboration
- Collaborate with Design Directors, Graphic Designers, and Account teams
- Align designs with brand guidelines, shopper strategy, and campaign objectives
- Iterate designs based on feedback and technical requirements
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on retail trends, materials, and POSM innovations
- Propose new ideas that enhance shopper engagement and brand visibility
Role Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in retail design, POSM, or product/industrial design
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D retail or structural design work
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in 3D software (e.g. 3DS Max)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and retail display production
