Role Summary

As a Senior Programmatic Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, and communicating campaign successes to our clients.


You will also collaborate with our media buying teams across social & search to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimized for reporting and maximum performance. You will be passionate about performance, with a proven track record of success with programmatic campaigns, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet key objectives and deadlines.


You will have strong experience working across multiple accounts, and you will deliver the best of the best to your clients, ensuring strong rapports are fostered and maintained.


You’re the right person for the role if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting programmatic campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience in Amazon, TTD or DV360 programmatic campaigns; hands-on experience with other Paid Media channels (e.g. Social, Paid Search, Retail Media) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work directly with clients, ask hard questions, and push yourself and the team to execute at the highest levels.
  • In depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, such as The Trade Desk, Amazon, DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Yahoo DSP, StackAdapt, etc
  • Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
  • A working understanding of tracking, tagging, and measurement fundamentals (such as UTM tagging,Google Analytics, platform tracking).
  • Ad platform certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-first approach to campaign strategy, performance, optimization and decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse campaigns and channels.
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, targeting client KPIs.
  • Own programmatic campaign strategy, collaborating with the client services team and vendors to design innovative campaigns across multiple programmatic DSPs.
  • Supporting, training and mentoring of the Programmatic Account Executives and/or Programmatic Account Managers, in delivering all campaign planning and implementation.
  • Implement best practice optimization processes to ensure maximum campaign performance potential is reached for both KPIs and budget delivery.
  • Ensure brand safety by monitoring ad placements using verification tools (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS) to prevent ads from appearing next to unsafe, fraudulent, or inappropriate content.
  • Collect & analyze data, and identify trends & insights to maximize performance efficiency.
  • Manage client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and present accurate and valuable performance insights and recommendations at regular client meetings.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas to improve the performance of campaigns and executing tests.
  • Maintain bulletproof organization of client spend, budgets, naming conventions, and account structure.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
  • Champion innovation within Paid Media—bringing fresh ideas, staying ahead of platform trends, and identifying growth opportunities for clients
  • Supporting the account leads and/or the wider agency leadership team with projects as required, including new business pitching, presentations, B2B product development and award entries.
  • Keep both clients and internal teams informed of industry news, ensuring strategies remain relevant and effective in the dynamic digital landscape.
