We’re currently looking for a highly capable Customer Support / Virtual Assistant to join our team for a full-time, phone-based role. This is not a typical scripted customer service job — we’re looking for someone who can think, listen, and solve problems in real time.
In this role, you will assist customers over the phone with a variety of online tasks, such as:
• Checking and responding to emails
• Placing online orders
• Signing up for services
• Managing accounts
• Checking credit-related information
• Conducting online searches and navigating websites
You do not need specialized software knowledge, but you must be very comfortable with computers and the internet. This role requires someone who can quickly understand what a customer needs, find the right information online, and complete the task accurately.
