Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer and pricing master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and business rules
Review, validate, and process customer setup and changes, ensuring proper documentation and required approvals are in place
Support management of pricing data governance, ensuring correct application of pricing conditions, discounts, and contractual terms
Ensure all CMA invoicing, credit memos, and debit memos are issued in line with agreed customer deadlines and meet customer expectations
Undertake price file uploads, coordinating with relevant business unit stakeholders to resolve issues such as incomplete or insufficient data
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Commercial teams to resolve master data issues impacting billing, collections, and financial reporting
Perform regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring consistency between master data and financial records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong accounting experience or background, preferably within Order-to-Cash or Shared Services environments
Experience in customer master data and/or pricing master data management
