Responsibilities
- Leasehold Improvement / Renovation (including Layout Designing, Planning and Costings)
- Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance
- Office Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
- Fleet Management (Acquisition, Repairs, Maintenance and Disposal)
- Procurement of items / contract / services related to Facilities, Equipment Repair & Maintenance and Fleet Mgt.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Eng'g, Civl Eng'g Technology, Electrical Eng'g, Electrial Eng'g Technology, Electro-Mechanical or any Technical /Mgt. course will do as long as he has extensive experience in above related works or in the field of Civil Eng'g or Architecture.
- Must have experience in any general services operations such as procurement and facilities maintenance/management.
- Strong knowledge of office equipment maintenance and fixed asset control.
- Proven expertise in budgeting and implementing cost-effective measures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
