Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote pharmaceutical products to marketing companies.
Identify and target potential marketing companies in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in marketing companies.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our pharmaceutical products.
Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's presence and generate leads.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Business-related course
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the sales Industry (preferably large-scale B2B sales work experience)
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required
Efficient organizational skills
Well-spoken in English and local language
Good in written and verbal communication
Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure
Computer literate
With a pleasing personality
