You will establish , guide and monitor operations compliance to the required and agreed Quality Standards.
What you’ll do
- Assist process owners to develop / finalize their standard operating plans.
- Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards
- Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance
- Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processess are aligned with the set standards
- Submission of progress report on new and existing projects - weekly report
- Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues - As needed
- Amendment of Standard Operating plan to update, incorporate process improvements. - As needed
- Review of Clients (master) operating plans - As needed
You’ll thrive in this role if you
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply or at least 1 year experience in Logistics Industry

Technical Competencies
- Six Sigma experience, Statistical Analysis and Quality Control methods
- Proficient in MS Applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio (Flowchart)
