Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to financial or insurance products promptly.
Assist customers with product or policy inquiries, account or order processing, and issue resolution.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and basic financial/insurance processes to provide accurate information.
Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and service delivery.
Job Requirements:
BPO calls/voice support experience (preferably in financial services or insurance accounts)
Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive financial information
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Can start immediately, if possible
