Responsibilities
Review candidate resumes and profiles, match them with suitable job opportunities, and suggest improvements to strengthen their fit.
Clearly communicate employer requirements to candidates and provide guidance throughout the application process.
Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates, offering support to employers when needed.
Consistently present qualified candidates to employers to maximize successful placements.
Qualifications
High School graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of contact center experience/customer care operations (voice or voice + nonvoice).
Minimum 1 year tenure with each employer in the past 2 years.
Comfortable with multiple outbound calls
Ability to multitask across various tools and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of sales experience in US RPO.
At least 6 months of experience in highvolume or seasonal hiring.
Work set-up: Monday Friday | 11:00 PM 8:00 AM
