Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor:
Oversee a team of technicians.
Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
Kitchen Equipment Technician (Gas):
Specialized experience in gas-powered kitchen equipment.
Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician:
Maintain and repair refrigeration and AC systems.
HVAC Technician:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Kitchen Maintenance Technician:
Handle general maintenance tasks in a kitchen environment.
Mechanical Technician:
Broad mechanical skills applicable to kitchen equipment.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the kitchen equipment industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment types, functions, and common maintenance issues.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage service requests and appointments.
Proficiency in computer systems for managing service orders, scheduling, and customer information.
Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail in order processing, data entry, and customer communication.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales representatives, customer service teams, and other departments.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software for data entry and reporting.
