- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various platforms and monitor applicant responses.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires.
- Maintain and update our database with candidate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus.
