Job Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the companys insurance portfolio
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries needing insurance solutions
- Present AC Primes insurance offerings to potential clients and partners
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Regularly assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and policy-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with clients to offer policy renewals and upselling opportunities
Policy Management and Coordination
- Liaise with underwriters, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of insurance policies
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of policy applications, endorsements and renewals
- Provide clients with clear and complete information on policy terms, conditions, and exclusions
- Monitor policy expirations and proactively manage renewals to avoid lapses in coverage
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions, proposals, and agreements
- Assist in claims processing by coordinating with insurers and providing necessary documentation to clients
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market analysis reports for management review
- Track and achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
Competency Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services
