Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description We are looking for a positive thinking and hardworking person to join Datim Ltd, as a CAD Draftsman and an Assistant for the Compliance/IT Team for the Doorsets & Ironmongery Team. This is a fast-paced department, working to deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail, organisational skills and to be able to work under pressure. The candidate will need to be a confident user of Autodesk CAD, Microsoft Office 365 Suite Tools and have and understanding of IT. The role will be responsible for supporting the Compliance, IT & Systems Administration Team with taking responsibility of the Autodesk CAD Drawing Package, which will involve creating Doorset Drawings for the Sales Team and for creating specific Doorset Material Profile Drawings and managing the Profile Register. Providing support for the Day-Day Management of our compliance requirements set out in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001, which will involve a widespread of activities across the business involving all departments. Job specific training will be given to assist in developing in the above role, especially with Autodesk CAD. Key Accountabilities

• Ensuring that assigned Tasks are completed on time.
• To communicate/report back on assigned Tasks with progress, timings, costs, and analytic detail.
• To work with our External IT & Compliance Teams to resolve or develop tasks.
• To work with our External IT & Compliance Teams to ensure they delivery on time.
• Building strong relationships internally and externally.
• To assist in maintaining the Asset & Compliance Registers.
• To assist in building a strong and reliable Compliance, IT & Systems Department

• Understanding of Autodesk CAD, IT, & Office 365.
