Job Description

Define, implement, and manage the overall testing strategy for multiple projects
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of test phases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage and mentor Test Leads and their teams, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to align testing with business objectives
Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and timelines for testing activities
Ensure effective risk management by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential testing risks

Qualifications

‍

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any four-year course
With at least 8 years of Software Testing experience, including leadership roles
Experience in Software Testing for Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SAP systems (MM, SD, WM, FICO, ERP), Automation, or Performance Testing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively
Having knowledge of AI concepts, with the ability to discern and evaluate AI-generated content is highly preferred
