Founded as an eCommerce enabler in 2016 we have rapidly expanded to manage a brand portfolio with offices in Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Bangkok and Iloilo.
We provide a full e-commerce enabler service including content & creativity, live chat, e-distribution, technology integration and warehouse fulfilment. Our partners include Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Shopify, Amazon, Zalora and more.
Position Overview:
As the Country Lead for eCommerce, you will be the driving force behind the execution of our eCommerce strategy within the market. You will lead a high-performing team and work in close collaboration with both local and regional stakeholders.
This role calls for a seasoned leader with deep experience in the CPG and retail sectors, a strong grasp of the evolving eCommerce landscape, and the ability to unlock business growth through innovative strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Play an integral role in both local and regional teams led by experienced eCommerce management professionals with over 15 years of expertise in the CPG and retail eCommerce sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans for the CPG & Retail vertical, covering all aspects including business engagements, marketing, consulting, commercials, operations excellence, and talent management.
- Align country-specific strategies with regional goals to ensure optimal target delivery, market differentiation, and profitability.
Resource Management
- Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of all country-level resources to maximize productivity and ROI.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs to strengthen team capabilities, building a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and innovation.
- Ensure that resources are effectively aligned to support both immediate business execution and long-term strategic growth.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams across regional offices, brands, eCommerce platforms, and vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, transparency, and collaborative partnerships.
- Represent the organization in high-level discussions and negotiations, safeguarding organizational interests while driving joint value creation.
Innovative Leadership
- Lead with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to differentiate ADA’s offerings, driving the achievement of business goals set by the organization, stakeholders, and clients.
- Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and proactive problem-solving, enabling the team to anticipate and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Continuously track industry trends and adopt innovative practices — across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, social commerce, and affiliate marketing — to secure ADA’s competitive edge.
Brand Health & Performance Optimization
- Track, communicate, and optimize brand health metrics, executing improvement plans to enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Deliver regular business reviews to CPG brands, sharing actionable insights and recommendations across digital channels, marketplaces, and social/affiliate ecosystems.
- Monitor and act on KPIs to optimize marketing, operations, and commercial performance, ensuring both growth and profitability across the vertical.
Business Development & Account Management
- Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities while developing strategies for upsell, cross-sell (leveraging ADA’s broader solutions), and account growth.
- Oversee account management processes, including financial alignment, performance tracking, and reporting, ensuring full accuracy and compliance.
- Build and sustain long-term client partnerships, ensuring ADA is positioned as a strategic growth partner for brands.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in the CPG sector, with a strong focus on eCommerce and retail/ brand management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective business strategies for corporate clients.
