Job Description (JD)
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of experience working with Ruby on Rails and a basic understanding of backend development principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues under senior developer guidance
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Collaborate on new features and enhancements
- Assist with integrating third-party APIs
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, SE, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with Ruby on Rails
- Understanding of Ruby, the Rails framework, and MVC architecture
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
