Skills Our Clients Require:
● 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years in a
leadership or senior role
● Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or similar full-stack
technologies
● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud
platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version
control (Git)
● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
● Ability to balance hands-on coding with strategic oversight
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
