What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver solution architectures, cost/resource estimates, and documentation to support project delivery
- Bridge Architecture and Operations, ensuring solutions balance cost, scalability, supportability, and future needs
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise standards
- Hand-over solution knowledge to project delivery teams for seamless execution
- Model and maintain solutions within the enterprise architecture library at the required level of detail
- Lead architecture design for priority technology transformation initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and operations
- Drive team engagement, collaboration, and positive change management
- Engage stakeholders to capture requirements, align expectations, and validate solutions
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, compliance, and governance policies
Key Criteria
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure architecture, supported by a solid hands-on engineering background
- Strong capability across Windows infrastructure, with a working understanding of SQL
- Extensive experience with VMware, Citrix, and core Azure/M365 services
- Practical knowledge of physical servers (Dell), enterprise storage platforms, and backup/DR environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), with full-time onsite presence for the first two weeks for training before transitioning to the hybrid setup.
