JOB SPECIFICATION
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing Management, Communication, or any related field.
Work Experience
With 3 years marketing leadership, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sectors with multi-branch operations.
Proven track record in developing sales-driving campaigns, KPI management, and cross-functional coordination.
Work Schedule
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
Technical Proficiencies
Expertise in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems like HubSpot), social media platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
