Job Responsibilities
- Engage with clients, present property options, and coordinate viewings.
- Support negotiations and ensure accurate completion of contracts and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks.
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide aftersales support.
- Market properties through online listings, social media, and related channels.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Strong understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Organized, efficient, and familiar with listing platforms/CRM tools.
