We are looking for a talented Data Systems Analyst to join a rapidly growing Data & AI division.
This division leads all organizational activities related to Data & AI- from strategy and methodologies to advanced, integrative data solutions- with a broad, cross‑organizational perspective and close collaboration with multiple business units.
Role Overview
- Lead end to end analysis and specification processes while understanding business needs.
- Provide advanced technological solutions to support data‑driven decision making.
- Write detailed functional and technical specification documents.
- Perform data modeling- designing efficient and accessible data structures aligned with business requirements.
- Investigate and analyze a wide range of data sources.
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in information systems analysis within the data domain.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience working with complex databases.
- Practical understanding of data architecture, including Data Layers, DWH, Data Lake, etc.
- Proven experience in analyzing and defining business and technical processes, and translating requirements for development teams.
- Ability to investigate and analyze multiple and complex data sources.
- High ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross‑organizational interfaces.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong service orientation.
- Previous background in software development or information systems analysis in a large organization- an advantage.
