Review of Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates
Assist in creating complete Electrical Plan
Assist in measuring plan and prepare bill of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system
Assist in evaluating contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
Assist in preparing cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database
Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by immediate superior
