The Role
- Contribute as a Senior Full Stack Developer to an agile, cross-functional team
- Enhance and improve the code base to adapt to evolving business requirements
- Actively participate in team discussions, decision-making, and consensus-building for solutions
- Independently find and implement robust technical solutions for new features
- Address problems and obstacles proactively through direct communication within the team
- Continuously learn and apply new knowledge in relevant technical and business domains
What You'll Need
- Several years of experience in developing cloud-based applications, including microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs
- Excellent knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with a plus for Frontend Frameworks (especially React) and AWS experience, or willingness to learn
- Strong interest in high-quality software development, structured work approach, and ability to delve into complex technical domains
- Customer-centric mindset, especially for payroll processes
- Passion for agile software development (Scrum), teamwork, and proactive communication
- Professional working proficiency in German (minimum C2 level) is required
