Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to improve results nationwide.
- Set monthly sales targets per business unit and drive achievement.
- Oversee national business unit expansion and closures.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing programs to boost performance.
- Lead Sales and Marketing teams in cost control and efficient resource use.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and semiannual evaluations (January and July).
- Perform regular branch and business unit visits.
Present periodic business reviews to the Board of Directors.
- Monitor operational programs related to quality, sanitation, and customer service.
- Approve regularization and promotion of direct reports.
- Coordinate with other department heads on cross-functional issues.
- Select, train, and develop successors; submit required reports and perform related duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; postgraduate studies in Business or Management are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within FMCG or food chains.
- Strong communication, writing, leadership, and team mentoring skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP standards is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills with above-average numerical and analytical ability.
- Willing to travel and work in a highly competitive environment.
