The Claims Assistant plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth functioning of the claims department, ensuring that claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Receives claims documents from clients or representative and issue acknowledgement receipt. Encodes details of the inspection based on the draft estimate reports submitted by the evaluators including cost of spare parts. Prepares transmittal report of all documents forwarded to Head Office. Handles all requests for roving inspection including re-inspections received from Head Office. Coordinate with IMSI all requests for roving inspection on non-moving damaged vehicles and on areas outside Metro Manila
