Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects with direct financial impact to the organization.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Work closely with operations, stakeholders, and leadership teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Track project performance, risks, timelines, and budgets.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure project milestones and KPIs are met within agreed timelines.
- Support strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
