Description
The Role
The OpEx Lead helps facilitate the analysis of business, process performance, identify improvement opportunities, process or control gaps leading to quality, compliance, professional excellence & risk issues. Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to communicating with stakeholders regarding project status, prepare necessary reports, facilitate regular review of operational/process documentation and data privacy practices.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Include
Metrics Reporting and Analysis
- Develop metrics reporting tools and templates
- Work with report users to evaluate the quality and completeness of the tools and templates
- Collect input data from functional owners (ie, HR, Finance, US PO teams, etc.)
- Generate reports following an agreed schedule
- Analyze the reports and provide commentaries, as appropriate
- Facilitate the review of the reports prior to publication
- Present the reports to stakeholders, as necessary
Client Billable time/Pension Administration work
- Expected to spend 40-60% of productive time on client billable work.
Operational Excellence
- Facilitation of RCA (root cause analysis)
- Management of CPAR (Corrective/Preventive Action Report) for non-conformities
- Identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of process improvements
Project Management
- Manage assigned PMO projects
- Perform a technical/functional project role, as needed
- Develop project plans and reporting templates
- Work effectively with a matrix project team
- Monitor regularly project cost versus budget
- Track risks, issues, and escalate, as necessary.
- Provide periodic status updates to stakeholders
- Prepare for and provide assistance to the Change & Project Manager in conducting regular meetings with stakeholders
- Attend project meetings on behalf of the Change & Project Manager, as may be required
Excellence
- Support the maintenance of ISO9001 and ISO27001 certifications
- Organize and/or facilitate QMS and ISMS awareness sessions
- Support the conduct of internal and external audits
- Coordinate with WTW Excellence stakeholders, including information security, audit, office services, business continuity, and external audit firms
Communication and Change Management
- Work with US Pension Outsourcing teams to develop and roll out email announcements, teasers, and other communication collaterals
- Support the implementation of new initiatives via project roadshows in team meetings and townhalls
Qualifications
The Requirements
- At least 10 years’ professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Quality / Process Improvement / Operational Excellence function, preferably in a shared services environment
- At least 5 years of project management experience. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Training and/or certifications in Operational Excellence, ISO9001, and ISO27001 preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Power BI tool
- Strong English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and apply to a technology product or application
- Working within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple, simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and project team members
- Strong organization, influencing, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with US counterparts preferred
- College degree holder
- Work Mondays thru Fridays
