The Role As a
Financial Advisor, you will be the bridge between our clients and their financial goals. You will analyze clients financial needs, recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions, and build long-term relationships based on trust and service.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Assess clients financial needs, goals, and risk profile
- Provide professional advice on protection, savings, investment, and retirement planning
- Recommend suitable financial and insurance solutions aligned with clients objectives
- Prepare and present clear and ethical financial proposals
- Assist clients with policy applications, reviews, and after-sales service
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Participate in required training, meetings, and continuous professional development
This role requires professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to client-focused service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Holder, any course
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- No Sales Background required. Comprehensive training is provided.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to undergo government licensing exams (Insurance Commission).
- Must have a stable internet connection and a device for digital appointments (if hybrid/remote work is applicable).
