🎯 Role Mission
The Customer Experience Officer is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of customer experience standards across assigned Robinsons Offices buildings. The role ensures consistent service quality, high tenant satisfaction, and positive visitor experiences by collaborating closely with the Building Management and Leasing teams.This position is both strategic and hands-on—combining data analysis, on-site audits, tenant engagement, and the execution of service improvement initiatives.
🧠What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or any related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer experience, customer service, property management, hospitality, or operations
- Experience in commercial real estate, hotels, malls, or service‑intensive environments is an advantage
- Strong customer‑centric mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical skills and comfort working with surveys, feedback, and basic reporting
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional operations teams
- Comfortable conducting site work and field audits
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Willing to be assigned at the Head Office in Ortigas , Pasig City
