Company Nurse
Work Location: MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
Job Summary
The Company Nurse provides first aid, health monitoring, and medical support to employees while promoting a safe and healthy work environment. The role ensures compliance with occupational health standards and responds promptly to workplace medical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and immediate medical attention to employees when needed.
- Monitor the health and well-being of employees and maintain medical records.
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
- Conduct basic health assessments and refer cases to hospitals or clinics as necessary.
- Coordinate with management on workplace health policies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper management of the company clinic or medical station.
- Educate employees on proper health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
- Perform other health-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) must have a valid license.
- Must possess Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certificate.
- Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- With or without prior experience as a company nurse.
- Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Responsible, compassionate, and able to handle emergency situations calmly.
