Position: Technical Lead

Job Summary: The Technical Lead is a software engineer responsible for leading a team and alignment of the technical direction. They are responsible for making sure that the developers are aligned and that quality products are created. They should be able to work with the Solutions Architects also on solutioning.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads the implementation of 1-3 projects related to the platforms that he currently handles depending on his bandwidth.
- Explains and guides the developers in implementing a given requirement by the business and ensure that the defined acceptance criteria of the business are met.
- Communicates to the project sponsors the technical activities and technical requirements needed to fulfill the tasks.
- Reviews the completion of production deployment requirements together with the DL.
- Work with the Product Owners to develop the user stories provided
- Leads the team of developers and align technical direction
- Creates technical solutions with the solutions architect
- Works on the releases and ensure that they are aligned with the product roadmap
- Works with the app support team to address system issues
