Job Description
Support rider acquisition and onboarding initiatives across both online and offline channels.
Review, screen, and qualify rider applications to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
Coordinate closely with field recruiters and assist in organizing and executing physical onboarding sessions.
Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, as well as rider training and education materials.
Coordinate with LGUs and external partners to support rider acquisition activities, including caravans and local partnerships.
Assist in resolving rider onboarding and training-related concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for timely escalation and resolution.
Track, analyze, and report acquisition and rider performance data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, acquisition, recruitment, or analytical support roles
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking funnels, metrics, and performance data (Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards a plus)
Experience coordinating with field teams or external partners (e.g., recruiters, vendors, drivers, LGUs)
Has experience with Events Management
Good documentation skills; able to create and maintain SOPs and process guides
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
