Our client is a global leader in the events and exhibitions industry, delivering large-scale, high-impact projects across diverse sectors. They specialise in designing and building bespoke exhibition stands, interiors, and event infrastructure, combining creativity with commercial precision in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.
You will manage end-to-end estimating, translating designs into accurate BOQs, controlling budgets, and tracking project profitability. Responsibilities include value engineering, supplier negotiations, tender management, and overseeing project variations. You will ensure contractual compliance, maintain cost accuracy, and prepare final financial handovers to support seamless project execution.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in estimating/costing within events, exhibitions, shopfitting, or construction
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, and cost control processes
- Experience with ERP systems and digital collaboration tools (MS Teams, Smartsheet, etc.)
