Here’s the difference you’ll make
You’ll be responsible for providing administrative and operation support to Sales to include documentation and facilitation of passenger boarding related requirements eg. sales reports, production report, sales quotation, Contracts, ticketing, distribution of package in cl usions e.g. T-shirts, hand-outs. He/She reports directly to the Sales Sr. Manager.
What you’ll do (your mission)
- Responsible for providing administrative support to Sales in documenting, monitoring, and facilitating sales and customer related requirements.
- Prepares and submits Management Reports such as but not limited to Sales per Branch/Port.
- Maintain inventory management for package inlcusions like t-shirts, brochures
- Assists in preparing, filing of quotes, and final contracts to include other sales arrangements and disseminate this to Hotel Operations, Passenger Terminal Operations and destination port.
- Joins on-board travel of groups as required .
- Provide other administrative support as may be assigned by the Travel Group Sales Team for the achievement of overall Sales targets.

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably – Cruise Mgt/ Tourism or any business-related course
- With at least 1 year work experience, but Fresh Graduates are open to apply
