🌟 We're Hiring: Software QA Support! 🌟

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software QA Support professional to join our team in Iloilo City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

📍 Location: Iloilo City, Philippines

💼 Role: Software QA Support

What You'll Do:

  • Review documentation from the Business Analyst team to understand requirements and expected system behaviour
  • Design, maintain, and execute test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of application areas
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Test changes made by C++ developers to confirm they meet requirements and work as intended
  • Verify bug fixes to ensure issues are resolved without introducing new problems
  • Report defects in Jira with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting details such as logs or screenshots
  • Assist in creating test cases for C++ developers to cover all scenarios, including edge cases
  • Collaborate with teams in Poland, the UK, and South Africa to clarify requirements, discuss issues, and share feedback
  • Provide regular progress updates, highlighting issues and blockers
  • Support stable development and testing environments and smooth delivery of new code
  • Use automated testing tools to validate new code deployments
  • Work with Oracle DB to set up test cases, configurations, and run SQL scripts as part of testing
  • Utilize internal tools and scripts to improve testing efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes to maintain the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Completed higher education
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams
  • Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and system behaviour to identify and report defects
  • Willingness to learn and use test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
  • Flexibility to work shift hours overlapping with UK business hours
